“I’m Alexa, I have Hip Dysplasia and had my Left Periacetabular Osteotomy (PAO) in February 2019. Surgery on my right side may be coming soon.
Although Hip Dysplasia and surgery has disrupted things a little, I’m a keen runner, walker and I enjoy outdoors sports. I also work as a Running Coach and Sports Massage Therapist. There are definitely aspects of those jobs that have really helped me on my Hip Dysplasia journey and I wanted to share those with you.
You can find out more about me here: https://www.ontherunhealthandfitness.co.uk
Wishing you well on your Hip Dysplasia Journey.”
