Why do you support Miles4Hips and the International Hip Dysplasia Institute? Though the PAO and FO Facebook groups I have met so many people that have acetabular and femoral dysplasia and have seen and experienced first hand the difficulties of trying to get a correct diagnosis. I am hoping that bringing more awareness to these conditions will result in earlier diagnosis. I had surgery in May and many other wonderful people who have gone through similar surgeries have been incredibly supportive and a wealth of information so I hope to be the same for others.
