What to Expect: Join us for the 5th Annual Miles4Hips Day of Movement. Come join us to build community and help raise hip dysplasia awareness. Join us at 10am for coffee, snacks, and socializing. Around 10:45am, we will do a short walk on one of the paved walking paths near the river. There are also longer walking paths and loops around the Esplanade for those who want to go further! The area has multiple kids’ playgrounds and bike paths as well! Family and friends are welcome, and there is something for everyone!
If you haven’t gotten a 2023 team tee shirt yet, you can still order through September 14th. You don’t need a tee shirt to participate in the Day of Movement, but they are a great way to raise awareness and show the world what it means to be “Hip Dysplasia Strong.” All proceeds from tee shirt sales go directly to the International Hip Dysplasia Institute to support hip dysplasia education, training, research, and technology.
