How will you move?
Go for a hike, go for a run, push a stroller, roll in a wheelchair, do some yoga, get on a bike, have a dance party, hit up the playground, do some gardening, or just do some glute sets. Move on your own, get family and friends to join, or organize a local meet-up. Every movement counts!
