Mile High Hips – Laura

Location: Boulder County, Colorado
Hip Dysplasia “Stats:” Diagnosed with left side dysplasia in 2017 after years of strange and elusive pain and hypermobility on that side.
Left labral reconstruction and PAO in March 2018, at age 45. The reason I support the IHDI is that it was one of the very first resources I found when I began my intensive research on hip dysplasia.
On the Day of Movement you’ll find me on a long-ish run on the Day of Movement as I build my base mileage up to complete my first ultra running goals.
