Overnight Strawberry Chia Oats

A great “make ahead” recipe that is customizable to whatever berries you enjoy.  Frozen berries also work well in this recipe.  If using a plant-based milk, make sure the product is fortified with bone-strengthening calcium and vitamin D.  This recipe is also an excellent source of fiber which is important for our gut health and to help maintain regularity after surgery when activity levels are decreased.
