We are a group of individuals with complex hip issues who will be building community, raising awareness, and getting in some low-impact miles together on October 9 on Peloton or stationary bikes.

What if I don’t own a Peloton bike but want to join? If you have access to a stationary bike you can still download the Peloton App and enjoy the classes. There is a 30-day free trial available on their website: Peloton® | The Peloton App, Find all your favorite workouts (onepeloton.com)
What if I want to join this team, but can’t make the 9:30 am group class/ride? Not a problem! We’d still love to have you join by doing another Peloton ride sometime that weekend, doing a solo stationary bike ride, or going for a bike ride outside. Anything counts! Just make sure to send us a picture from your activity so we can share it with Miles4Hips!

Do I have to make a donation to join? It costs nothing to participate. Donations are optional, but always appreciated. Please share the team page with any family and friends who you think may be interested in supporting the International Hip Dysplasia Institute either by joining this virtual event or making a donation to the IHDI.
